trouble saving to pdf

I am suddenly having trouble saving files to pdf. I get an error message that reads "The output folder could not be created." I have tried emailing Scrapbook Max but so far they have not found a solution. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution. I am interested in a solution vs. a long work around because I use this software daily. Any help appreciated!
