Putting borders on photos

How do I put a border around an object I have put on the page?

Do you mean like to add as a white frame??

If so I copy the same photo, enlarge it slightly and make the colour white and put it in the background, so then it looks like it is in a white frame.

Thanks again. I did have in mind something different. I guess I could use a paper scrap behind the photo to serve as a border. But it seems there must be a more direct way?

There are a lot of Different things you can do this.
Put a ribbon behind the picture, Put a Frame behind the picture and size it where you can just see a little, Paper scraps, back grounds resized, and on and on. Just play with item and the program and you will see there is So much this program will let you do
