Try having some dark chocolate in the house and have a couple of pieces a day, it is filling and not so many calories.
Another thing I read the other day is that if you have a handful, small one, of walnuts when you are feeling peckish it can ward of the hunger for quite a while.
Not sure Tina will agree with my tips lol
