Do we have any men scrappers?? I can honestly say Rick would rather have his nose hairs plucked out one by one than do scrapping lol

LOL.... Wow Kaye Yes it my seeds, coming up. I used pipe cleaners to mark what seeds was what. Ya know color coded

Poor Rick!!! We use to have a few guys here..... maybe they choose the nose plucker.....LOL

Maybe, I actually can't visualize a fella doing it anyway lol

Rick however does give me a few tips every now and again.....not saying I take any notice though :-P

He also tells me if something looks terrible and says so in his oh so diplomatic style, just ask Moonbeam lol

Some unsolicited advice: check your morning cereal for the ingredients. Many cereals have loads of fructose, corn syrop and sugars to get them to be better.....surprisingly it is even the "healthy cereal" Make sure there are a lot of grains in it, and the loads of fiber is a GREAT step! Awesome job! Proud of you.
