Personally Fonzzy (and of course on training as well) Diets are not the best way to go. Try cutting out all processed foods. (or most) I am not saying take out all your carbs, but making smarter choices too as to when - example, if you eat toast for breakfast, try not to eat any rice or pasta for the remainder of the day. Also, try getting some homemade juices in by mixing veggies and fruit up in your blender. when you add greens like spinach, you actually do not taste them when some fruit is added in. Try to make sure that your plate is divided into three equal sections....one for meat, one for veggies or good carbs (fruit) and the other for healthy fats (avocados, certain oils, peanut butter....) etc. the results will actually be pretty astounding, and you will still get to eat the things you enjoy!
The year is not over! it is a little bump in the road, but not giving up is what is keeping your resolution alive! You should not be losing more than 2 pds a week either way, as it is too much, and has too much risk you will gain it back and then some Sane and healthy!
