    Hi Nicole,

    We'll get you going!

    1. Do you have Scrapbook MAX! installed?

    2. Now follow these instructions:
Scrapbook MAX! 2.0 is here!. It's simply better digital scrapbooking software!

        Hello,

        1. What version of Scrapbook MAX! do you have installed? (You can find this out by clicking Help > About). The version number will be something like 1.0.1.0.

        2. What embellishment pack are you having problems with?

        Thanks a bunch!
        Desmond.

          Desmond,

I have the version you mentioned, and all that I try to open say the same thing. I had no problem with the templates. Do the booster packs need to be saved in a specific file, or can they just go in the temp file? Getting frustrated....all the embellishments are so nice, I'd really like to use them.

            1. Which embellishment booster pack is causing the problem? Please provide the full name, such as "scraps.smb" (http://www.scrapbookmax.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196)

            2. What operating system are you using? Windows XP, Windows 98 etc.

            3. When you click on the file, such as "scraps.smb", do you choose "Open" or "Save"?

            4. What is the *exact* wording of the error message you see.

This will help us investigate the issue.

                  Nicole,

One more thing to try is to Right Click the download link and choose "Save Target As" (see the screenshot).

Please let me know if this allows you to download the file.

And of course thank you for your patience

                  Sincerely,

It doesn't really matter where the file is saved to. As long as you can find it after to double click on it. I often save files to the desktop so that I can easily find it, then I delete the file after I have used it.

Thank you for the input, I guess I should have been more clear

                      Sincerely,
