Does anyone know if it is possible to copy pages from one project to another and if so, how?

Yes Cindy,
While in the album you are working on, click on PAGE then IMPORT. Your previous albums will show on your left. Choose the album then the pages will show up on the right. Find the page you want then OK.

You can also have two instances of Scrapbook MAX! running simultaneously... So you can use the copy-paste function from a project to another one.
