I just loved your challenge Carena!! The day I first came across digital scrapping and Scrapbook Max, waaayy back in 2009 LOL , it was layouts like this that made me buy the software immediately. . . So here's me trying my hand at it
My original pic - before and after extraction - I put both on a blank page in SBM and then saved it as an image so as not to have hiccups re png format...
And here is my finished layout...

Awesome challenge Carena! Thank you. I keep forgetting to ask this, but is there away to move the photo in the extraction window. I can enlarge it just fine, but I cannot move it to work on the bottom of my photo. This is why it was harder to work on the shoes, and more time consuming because I had to keep going back and forth to check my photo. I am still not satisfied with the results.

Diane - I don't have my PC on - Thinking thinking. Have you tried moving your image on the page itself - so you can see the feet better before you click the eraser. Or - some programs its a matter of where you curser is on the screen when you zoom in as to where the direct of the zoom happens although I'm thinking this isn't the case with SBM.
Will take a look at it later when I get the PC fired up.
In the mean time - anyone else with suggestions?.Kind wishes from Carena

girls you can you just have to click on the eraser again in the window where you choose to erase or paint over! sometimes you just have to zoom it in and out quick before it does. So once you have been choosing the size of you brush just go back and click on eraser and you'll be able to move your image. Does this make sense to anyone? Give it a try and let me know how you go!
