    Default voting?

I went to the voting site, but when i went to vote there was a statement about being a USA citizen, i was wondering if people outside of America still make a difference, whether our votes actually count?

Question for those outside of Canada or the US who were able to vote - when you filled out your form did you use your address details? Or did you make up a US/Canadian address? Thanks for your help.

I tried to vote but did not understand. Then I got a letter from someone is Scrapbook Maxand iand in the letter they explained what to do and they even put the site in so all I had to do was click and then follow their directions and it was easy to do.
