Computer reload and "add photo feature in 2.0
Due to a computer crash I had to completely reinstall everything. Some things were saved by the techie--including SMB, but when I go into the program, the "add photo" comes up with a gray screen, saying "my pictures, gallery, my docs, my computer on left and ok at bottom...when I click one of them nothing happens except it says "SBM not responding" and then freezes. I've had no problems with it before the crash (being a faithful SBM-er since 2006) and wondering how to correct this problem since I use "add photo" LOTS. Thank you for any help---do I have to reinstall the 2.0 disk and if so will I lose all the newer kits/templates I've added that are not on the disk?

I don't think reinstalling the program will remove all your new kits and templates. I think they are stored in the "my documents' folder. Also as far as adding pictures, for the time being, try the drag and drop method. -
