WELCOME BACK FIONA! I hope you are feeling a lot better.

Here is my contibution to the May challenge. This page is part of a slide show I created on geneology. As I said in the layout page, geneology is an addicting hobby. Once you start, you cannot stop. Besides going up and down the family tree, you also find yourself going sideways at times, especially if you have lots of brothers and sisters. My grandmother came from a family of nine, so you can imagine how that tree is getting wider.

Fiona, you might recognize your photo frames from an earlier challenge. Thanks. You said to be creative with the frames, so I used the metal tags as frames for the labels.

I did two layouts for this one. I guess tonight was my mad scrapping, although I know I am going to pay for it tomorrow (it is midnight)
    Credits are in the gallery
    First layout with obvious frames...

and second with a a frame made of embies, along with the photo frame made from shape and paper.

    and second
Somewhere in all the madness lies the beauty within

Here's my attempt at using an element as a frame. Great challenge, Fiona. Hard to come up with new ways to use frames. Very challenging.......

Used a ribbon frame to hold the journaling and made a frame for the bird with shape by Fiona. Used Michelle's Blue Bird kit.
