Bring to front Bring forward Send backward Send to back.

Is it possible that we could have short cut keys to these tasks? I go through my files and if I like something I Put it into MAX. I firstly get everything I think will work together and then just delete the ones I do not want. Then when I start to arrange them in the right layers it takes ages If I have to click and then arrange and then Bring to front, Bring forward, Send backward,Send to back a hundred times.
Short cut keys would be highly appreciated!
