    On Mar. 12, order no. 20766, I purchased seven products from ScrapbookMax. I successfully downloaded three of the seven products I ordered. I cannot download the remainder of the order and I'm now getting the message that I can attempt the download only one more time. I am so............frustrated. Will somebody please help me????? Is this message being read by anybody???? Please, please help me. Thank you.

    Try to contact gracie@scrapbookmax(dot)com

    She has helped me out with order problems in the past. Make sure you put down the order number and also tell her what the problem is with the download. If you are getting an error message or if it just wont open or what. Also tell her what kits did not work on that order. Hope this info helps and happy scrapping.
