Help with template

hi. I recently purchased a template and I thought that as well as the template, I would be able to use the embellishments and backgrounds from it. But when I go to add new embellishments the items from that template are not showing. Is this normal?

I think you may only be able to use the template just as is, because it is a template that is all. if you buy a kit, then you can use all the embellishments and background papers etc.

perhaps if you contact the seller you might be able to sort something out.

Hello!

Yes - templates are fully-editable pages that import as such right into Scrapbook MAX!. You'll find them under Create a New Scrapbook in the program. Their individual pieces won't import to Embellishments, Paper Scraps, etc.

Designers who add templates to our store quite often also make a coordinating kit (that's the same for the Expansion Packs - you get the professionally laid out pages plus the 'loose' items for designing your pages from scratch.)
