    automatic saving

I just thought it would be a great idea if SBM could have this feature on the program.

I often forget to save my work, whilst doing it as I am sure many would.

Of course when you turn it off it ask if you want what you have done saved, but perhaps 5 minute intervals would be fantastic, to save losing work you might have spent a lot of time working on.

I've not tired in SBM, but it's a Universal shortcut to save while in a programme ---
      Ctrl + S.
      Does anyone else use this...???

Yes but my point was I wish it would do it automatically as i keep forgetting to save, and quite often SBM freezes, well it does for me but that could be my fault, My husband keeps telling me I have too many windows open always

AND I KEEP LOSING MY PAGES I MAKE!!

              Wench,

If your PC is not very powerful ie you miss memory, you should absolutely think to shut down all the programs you don't need... and you'll see you'll have less issues with Scrapbook MAX! You should keep in mind that it requires memory because you deal with a lot of graphical objects,etc... So think to close all the programs you don't need and also think to save (Ctrl + S) at regular intervals... and always before exporting a layout as a .jpg/.png format. So if you have to close SBM or to kill the SBM process through the Windows manager because it freezes you won't lose your pages.

KAYE!!!!! Unbelievable... I have used Scrapbook max for 6 years ??? and never knew that was there... fantastic... I have set it to auto save because I have sometimes been so engrossed in what I am making that I just forget to save... NOW I dont have to worry!
and while in the EDIT > PREFERENCES area I also found that you can set your page size preference to auto set at 12x12 every time ... cool! Lots of goodies in there I didnt know about and I bet a lot of others never either... otherwise they would have answered you in this thread...
