Cannot use trial version

I downloaded the trial and installed it. I open it up and get a page that says choose to make a new scrapbook or open an existing one. I can't get past this page because it says error(28) and something about not being able to open a zip file. I get this message on both templates and on the blank scrapbook one also. I can't evaluate a product for purchase if I can't get past the first screen...

I hope the techs see this soon so they can help you out. Do you think if your file might have got corrupted during download and that you might uninstall and do a new download and reinstall. Sometimes that can happen. Hope you can get it figured out SB Max is a great program.
