Button thread

Is there an easy way to make button thread and make it look like the button is threaded (both two hole and four hole)? Hope this makes sense. Thanks...

Add your thread above the button, then use your eraser to erase areas of the string to make it look like its threaded through the holes...Hope this helps..

I usually do the the opposite. I put my button on top of the tread and then erase the center section of the button.
