While installing 2.0, keeps getting hung up, please advise

    While installing 2.0, keeps getting hung up, please advise

    I just purchased Scrapbook MAX! 2.0. I uninstalled the trial version, but whenever I install the full program it gets hung up at the same place each time. It is just a few seconds into the download and has just installed C:\Windows\Fonts\JuraBook.ttf when the program stops working and soon says "Not Responding". I cannot get it to load past this point.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    I have just discovered that Scrapbook MAX! 2.0 DID install on my computer after all, regardless of the error message of "not responding" and the fact that the install program locked up during installation. However, not everything appears to be there. I have only two scrapbook templates, the ones from the trial version (Crafty Charm and Hint of Autumn). No other embellishments are included. Did something install incorrectly? Please advise so I know what to do to fix the problem.

    Also, once the program is correctly installed, how do I import scrapbook pages from version 1.5 into 2.0?
