    Free Download Problems

    I have visited this website many times and tried to download the free 30-day trial program. A confirming email is NEVER sent to me. I've checked my spam file and nothing is there. Scrapbook Max doesn't offer phone support. Why would I want to purchase a program that doesn't allow me to try the free sample first? What is wrong here?
