Question about add on templates

I bought my first template and it doesn't show when I open embellishments and when I go to "add on pages", sometimes the embelishments say "error loading embellishment". Is this typical for all add ons that you buy? It makes it very hard to use.

Hi!

Do you mean that when you open the template the embellishments aren't on the page as it is shown on the preview of the template?
