Help with Reinstallation
Can someone please help me? I was a "victim" of the flickering and flashing and I've tried everything EXCEPT uninstalling the program. So, I decided to attempt that today. I have backed everything up through Carbonite. I uninstalled the program, but the shortcut was still there, so I deleted everything. Then, I pulled the program back from Carbonite, but it didn't reinstall, it was just there. I can use the program (though still having the flickering problem), but it is not listed as an installed program. How can I get the program to reinstall on my computer?
