Can anyone help me

Suddenly I have got trouble with my program,when I open Scrapbook Max and want to make a new page and insert a picture the window apper but nothing more happend.The window is grey and I am so confused.Can anyone here help me to solve the problem.
I have tryed to reinnstall the software but it does not help.
Can I uninstall the program without loosing the embellishment and pages that are stored??

Yes you can uninstall and reinstall and see if that will help, you should not loose any information. If not update your post here with your opperating system and computer info. so the Max techs may be able to help you further.

You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the software.

Can you tell me what version of the software you are using (found under Help - About Scrapbook MAX!)

Thanks guys it seems to work now,I uninstalling and then reinstalling the software and updated it to SBM 2.00.My operating system is Windows XP.Hope I never get trouble with it again.I simply got panic and thanks to SBM for a fantastic program...easy to use in every way.
