    Default Can't open download

    Today I purchased Birthday Bash Expansion Pack and after downloading am unable to open it. A box pops up saying: Archive integrity check failed. The setup is not complete, possibly due to an incomplete download or corrupted file.

    I have ran the download several times and still get the same thing.(which takes a very long time) Is there any other way you could send the kit to me. I am getting so frustrated...If not just give my money back. My reference number is 23742355

    Thank you for any help you might give.

    Please send an email to support[at] scrapbookmax [dot] com with your reference number and email address and a short description of the problem (you can even simply copy and paste the message you left here).
