    Someone ask if we have any ID cards.Can we help her.

    Now this is NOT the actual card... but is this the sort of idea...???

    If so, what criteria for the boxes???
    It could be done in PNG format and then you could add your own background etc.

    So is this ID card for a child... like the one above?
    Should the boxes be left blank so that you can insert your own wording?
