Can't download free trial

Please help,
I cannot download free trial, I get the error message that it is not valid with Win32
application??

I just purchased product and cant get it to instal due to error code - stating file corrupted "GetTokenInfo"???
Think I am a little wary ? unsure why problems & have new apple computer.
