can't download

trying to downloard the free trail and I get nothing when I click no message about activex controls nothing happens. any suggestions?????

yes I am using a new computer, really wanting to try software before I buy just dont understand why it will not download. Don't know what else to try.

Hi Tammy,

Can you please tell me what steps you are taking to download? Are you receiving an error message of any kind?

Also, do you have a downloads folder? Perhaps it has downloaded to that location.

I just click on the download now and it does nothing, no error message it just reloads back to the download now page. I added the site to my trusted list and still does not work. idk what else to try. Thanks
