Recipient does not hear sound when Scrapbook email is received

I am a complete noob with Scrapbook Max! I am using version 1.0.6.

I cannot seem to figure out how to include sound with a scrapbook that is emailed. I can add the music but the recipient does not hear it when they open the email.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Sound is only included for certain output types -- e.g. publishing to a movie. What did you publish the scrapbook to?

It could also be a problem at the recipient's end, e.g. they might not have a sound card, or their speakers might be turned off. Do you hear sound when you view the published scrapbook on your system?
