Julie, I tried to do a layout simular to yours but I never could figure out how to make it fit in an 8 1/2 x 11 and I could not get the angles on the end of the ribbons. My ends are all straight across. Is there a secret to cutting the ribbons on an angle? I do not have any of the PSP or other photo programs. I bet an eraser within SBM would do it!!!!

Onie, the secret to cut off the ribbons is to simply make them longer than the page. When the template is exported or published, only what is inside the page will show, giving the illusion that the ribbons are cut at the edges. At least, that's what I do.

But you can make the cuts even in a program like Paint. Let me kow if you need more help with this and I will try to put something in writing.

Julie, This templete is great. I have a question that may sound dumb..... Does the ribbons that hang over the edge of the templete disappear? I never thought about it before but it appears that anything that hangs over the edgee will not actually be there! Is that correct??? I hope you understand what I'm asking!

And yes! to letting stuff hang off the edge! Almost all my layouts end up having stuff outside the workspace.

Before you print or save go to "Print Preview" and you an see how it will look.
