You can goto your LO you like in the gallery, the in your search bar it should have the URL (starts with http://), you copy that then go to your reply thread and click paste to insert it in your message.

Thank you so much - I went there and couldn't find a URL - I must be doing it in the wrong order. I could only find the name of the layout. I feel like an idiot! If you can add some details I might be able to get it!
