    I am back... have missed you all.

    Hi there, am so sorry I have been missing for a while,my back was giving me hell & was trying to get it all
    sorted out, wasn't spending time on the net but am so happy to be back.For all my friends who have had
    birthdays, sending belated birthday wishes your way & for anyone who ill right now, hope you are on road
    to recovery.

            Thanx Ladies,so good to be back, my back was hurt in a fall last November & after an MRI it appears I have nerve damage plus a disc that was already in trouble has worsened. Anyway to shorten it all, there is nothnig anyone can do ,I just have to learn to live with it,having Physio right now which is aggravating it but hoping for improvement in the long term.

                  Ouch I know how that must feel.It took me many years to accomplish what I am now.I do hope you improve and have many pain free days.My heart goes out to you.Welcome back but please take it easy and remember do not do things that will make it worse like making beds swipping floors.xo xo
