That feature was added in 2.0.3.0, but it's only documented in the readme.htm file. (We plan to make it more prominent in a future version, but for now it's just something I "snuck in" for advanced users.)

Here's how to use it:

Select the object you want to adjust, and then press either the P, S, or A key on the keyboard.

Here's what each letter stands for:

P - Position (x and y)
S - Size (width and height)
A - Angle (rotation in degrees)

Is it possible to use "P" for the rule of thirds. What would be the formula?

P is to set the position of the selected object...
you enter the values for x - y.
