Tech help Please!!

Having trouble with downloading the monthly freebie. Is coming up as an unknown file
or an attachment which cannot be opened. When the file download box opens instead
of having an" open" option there is the word" find". I have not had this problem before
and files have always been able to be opened.
Tried downloading other smb files on the forum with same result.
I think something may be missing on my computer.Do not have this problem with other
downloads on other sites only scrapbook max .
Any help to solve this would be much appriecated.

looks like it is not seeing the program. Have you moved any files? Try to reinstall SBM and see if that fixes some missing files.

Thanks Marion-- as simple as that!!
All fixed. Thought it had to be something simple don't know why
I didn't think of it as it is mentioned quite a few times in the forum to fix problems.
