spanish/french punctuation??

So I was merrily scrappin' away and I did something that seems to have made French or Spanish-style punctuation my default. Maybe it's a keyboard shortcut I don't want to use... here's the problem: I try to type the text "Margot's Wedding", but instead of an apostrophe, I keep getting an e with an accent above it.

Could someone help please? Thanks.
