When you order Scrapbook MAX! 2.0 software, you are immediately sent an email with your download instructions and your serial number. You must make a back up of the downloaded file and save your serial number in a safe place. You can burn a copy of the file that you download from your download instructions onto a CD-R or save a copy to an external source. Use this file if you need to reinstall due to a computer crash, etc.
If you ordered your software in the last 12 months and did not make a back up copy the software and/or have lost your serial number, please contact Cleverbridge for assistance.
