Help! New to digital scrapbooking.

I purchased Scrapbook Max! 2.0 over the Christmas holidays and then I purchased several templates. I cannot download a couple of the templates and I am getting frustrated. The two that I can't get to load are:
Little His SKI-47
HO HO MMC-240
According to my printout, I have used all my downloads (5) for the Little His, not exactly sure why this is the case since I purchased it.
I keep getting a box that says "This is not a valid scrapbook Max! template or gallery file:
Can someone please help?!?!

I dont know exactly what is causing your errors, but the HO HO template kit was made by me, and I can always send it to you...Please advise..

Also notify customer service in the store. Some one has sent me a different download file when I have run into the same problem.
