sbm 2 help needed

I have had to replace everything on my computer due to a complete crash that could not not be rectified.luckily i do have the cd for version 2 but when i try to install it it tells me to insert the serial number,as i dont have this is there any way i can get it to install.I have contacted customer services but still waiting for a reply.I'm lost without it.Can anyone advise.Thanks Ann

Hi Ann - Don't think customer service runs over the weekend so it may be Monday before you hear from them. Hope you can get it sorted soon. Hugs
