How do I add this so it looks like all of your?

Is it possible to flip a scrap? I want my fish to go in different directions and it wouldn't let me flip it under effects.

I tried to put your image here, but could not do it. I'm dummer than I look! Also, I tried to flip the image myself, and could not do it. But I think you got the answer to that in the other thread.

i don't think that you can flip aa paperscrap but if you bring the scrap in as a photo it should work. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Is it just me???

I found the papers under my paper scrap icon, but when I go to "Page" "setting" in order to use "tile" option, I can't find the papers there.
