rotate image in v2?

in v1 I could rotate or twist any image I wanted to simply by clicking on the image and getting the curved cursor then moving the image or twisting it into the angle I desire. I can't figure out how to do this in v2. Is there anyone that can help me?

It's done the same way in 2.0 as it is in 1.0.

nope, I get my element with a box around it with a dot on each corner. No way to turn the image?

Hold your cursor a little bit on the outside of the square near one of the dots. It should turn into the curved arrow.
