I need to do a scrapbook page, sized 16 X 20 .How do I change it from a vertical view to a horizontal view? Thanks

With that page open go to the menu item Page-->Settings

Then in the dialog box choose the size tab. In the Width box type in 20 and in the Height box type 16.
