Version 2 -Elements, or text box wont rotate?

Hi - I'm new to the forum, I don't have much time for this, but I just got version 2 and I am surprised that I can not rotate any of my elements. Is anyone else having this problem?

Maybe I am missing something.

Yes...you can rotate your embellishments on the page..With old version 1.0 you click on the item and then move your mouse to the corner areas and when you see the curved arrows simply hold your mouse button and rotate the items as you move the mouse..

In version 2.0..you get a white button like box around your item when you click on it..Still works the same way..

Take your mouse and click on item you want to rotate!

You see a box around it with bigger white circles on corners..

Take your mouse to the white circle corners and when you see the curved arrows..that will allow you to turn the item by pressing the left mouse button down and then you can rotate the item..When you RELEASE the mouse button..it will stay in the that position.
