The downloaded file is not copied / backed up anywhere on your system. If you deleted it, unfortunately it's gone. Were you able to find the file you originally downloaded? If not, contact cleverbridge with your invoice number -- they can offer some guidance as to re-downloading / ordering a backup DVD.
SUCCESS..... I still had the email with the download link and was able to download for a second time!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW I WILL BACK IT UP.....
