file won't publish

I'm having trouble publishing one of my image files. It only seems to be one image and no others. Every time I try it hangs and then the program quits responding. Any suggestions?

I'm just home from vacation and downloaded the new patch. Since then when I publish a page to image it tells me it's published but it's not listed in the published files so I don't know where it's going. I need help, too!

Try and rename it and publish under the new name. Who knows it may work.

If you know what the name of the file is, just do a search in windows and it will tell you in which folder it is being stored.

I think I'm trying to catch up too fast and am still lost in a dust storm somewhere! We drove over 3000 miles and nearly melted in the heat!

I'm going to give saving as a try - it may be time to clean up my files!

I renamed it and tried to republish and it still didn't work.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm also having a horrible time. My computer keeps totally bogging down and I don't have that much stuff on here. I've even removed a bunch of unused programs to free up more memory so I know that's not the issue. Are there problems with SBM and Windows XP? I love the program but it's getting really, really frustrating when I have to completely reboot my computer because the program is not responding.....

If you think you know which file it is, try removing it temporarily from your layout and republish. Occasionally, an image can become corrputed and unreadable when to copy...

Do you any programs running on the background, like antivirus software? Try turning those off when you're scrapbooking. Those type of programs can eat up a lot of memory.
