SBM and Vista

I just purchaed a new computer and would like to run my SBM on it. I installed and it seems to run but when I go to add a page it does not find anything and gives me a message that I must choose something to continue.......

I tried reinstalling SBM. Any suggestions????? I took the defaults when installing....

Help would be appreciated.....

Well tough I hate vista I have had not problems with it working with max.But I also got the vista before it was suppose to go out on the market and it has many quriks.Best of luck.

I have that exact same problem. I work around it by copying blank pages before I start, but it is annoying.

I've been working with vista for last 4 months now and just starting to get used to it..I do have a problem when ADDING pages to template set I'm working on..It will only let me do one at a time instead of lining up several pages at once..DAH..The add a page screen will be blank and doesn't matter how long I wait..It ain't going to load..So I Save what I have and restart the program and then it lets me do what I add another page..

I sent my problem to troubleshooting and they sent me a file to try. I had used my school email address and for some reason our filter blocked it. I have now requested they send the file to a different email address. I am eagerly awaiting the file. I will post and let you know if the fix works....

The 1 month, i acquired a pc with VISTA, simply hate,
i have yes problems with scrapbookmax, it duplicates my papers, when i open the gallery, and one laments this VISTA

Gracie sent me a new executable and it fixed the problem. I can now just click on the Add Page button and it finds all the data.

To contact technical support, I went to the bottom of the page and chose contact us and then chose technical support.

I've had Vista on this computer for 15 months with Scrapbook Max and I haven't had any problems at all.
