Need help please!!!

KimB can't get in SBM here is the email I recieved...can someone tell me what to tell her????

I did a scan, and de-frag and etc and now I can't get onto MAX-
It tells me my Password is wrong- but I when I ask for it to be sent- it gives me a BLANK PAGE!!!

I'm In- Thank GOODNESS- it took most of the afternoon with BLANK Screens and just *done* at the bottom of my screen- and then taking screen shots to send you- it all of a sudden clicked and BAM it was there- HAHAHA- I have NO CLUE!
But I'm in again-
