I'm wondering what free tubes are and how they work. Can I just cut and paste and add to my layouts?

hiya
tubes are unique to paint shop pro ...you will need to convert them into png files before you can use them in Max
you can download lots of programs that can convert tubes into pngs just google psp tube to png converter

i am sorry for my ignorance, but what are tubes? when i see a layout that contains tube, it has a gray scale background of the same picture being placed in the layout. may i ask what is the tube there?
