I have been trying to upload a new profile picture and it is less than the required size but it keeps coming up file upload failed .................. HELP!!!!!

Thanks Crops, still says the same thing and it is the cat one Iwant, I went to Avator section and it seems to have worked as I can see on my post here, anyway see how we go thans again Crops.
