    Winter Ideas Needed

    I have my family spoiled and are already asking about their 2009 family calender! What I do, is an rectagular layout that is 11x8 1/2. I use a company like Shutterfly and fill in everyones birthdays and anniversaries and special occasions like graduation dates. Shutterfly keeps that information stored so the next year I only have to updates any dates. I do not make a page with the date grides because it's already there from the company.

    I am drawing a blank for the month of January! In the other years I've used cute snowmen and snow. I've only got a few weeks to get the calender done before sending them off to the printers! Templates, Embies, or papers!

    FYI, I'll welcome any other months suggestions too!

    Do you use pictures on the pages? I am working on one for you. How many pics would you use, if any?

      I do insert family pictures throughout the months. I usually have about 3 pictures. Depends on the picture that I'm using. I try to have at least one pic of every family member from my parents down the line. We're getting a lot of pictures that are now going down 4 generations.

        snowdrop flowers (one on januarys flowers of the month the other being carnations)

        new year celebration theme

        penguins (cos the're cute lol)

        ice, snow flakes & snowy tree's

        diet & exercise (well we all promise this one every 1st jan dont we lol)

        books, tea & log fires (its national tea, book and stay warm month)

        new resolutions theme

        a family recipe page

          Love the ideas, especially the penguins! I've used snowmen, snow, flakes in the past!

                      I made that in photoshop. I can make all the months for you if you want. Do you want all the same font and style or would you like it to match the theme of that month? I will be home from work this afternoon and will get them done for you then, just let me know.

                              I would love to have all the months the same! Thank You so much! I believe I can tint them if I want to change the color to match the themes.
