For Everyone wondering about Jazz

Just thought I would let everyone that has been wondering about Jazz missing in action know what's going on. Jazz's computer picked up a virus. One of her grandsons clicked on a pop up window that said her computer was infected and proceeded to download a virus!! It looked authentic to him saying it was antivirus 2008 and it scanned her computer and found a virus and click button to remove. Well it got her! She struggled with it for a week and finally decided to reformat her computer and put things back. Well according to her the recovery disk she has for her puter removes everything and puts it back to the way it was with default factory settings. Now I don't really know how the recovery disk works, but it didn't work for her and now her computer won't even boot up. All she gets is a white screen and that's it. So now it has to go into the shop and she doesn't have the money right now. Her grandson is going to take it into the shop for her this weekend when he gets paid and see if they can fix it for her. She just got this new computer this summer and it's a shame that this had to happen to her. But that's why she has been missing in action and she sends everyone her love.

Thanks Pk.: I called her about two weeks ago on the telephone. I was down at my cottage with Eye and we decided to call her. I love the way she talks and she said that we talked funny.......... lol She sounded so good and she also had her little grandaughter with her. I sure hope they can fix her computer. I will be crossing my fingers for you Jazz and you just might get another call this weekend.......xoxoxoxoxoxo

Thanks so much for the update - I emailed her and didn't get a response and was starting to get really worried. So glad it's not her health!!

Thanks for the update, knew she had the computer virus and was hoping she was still working on that and didn't get sick again herself. She's had enough of that and wouldn't want it to happen again.

I hope they get it sorted soon. It took Bunny all day to get rid of her one that Hubby clicked- and she's a puter whiz too!
