Help please w download of stitches

I ordered and downloaded 2 sets of stitches..the first was
speaking of Rosie stitches ribbons & Bows....it went where it belonged, and works wonderfully.
the 2nd set FST_A_stitch in time.smb i have downloaded several times, it says it went to sbm but I can not find it anywhere. I even downloaded and saved it to a folder, but when i click on the heart to add elementsl, then browse, it shows nothing in the folder. what am I doing wrong.

they are shapes so you need to open a paper scrap and go into custom shapes to use them, them place and size to where you want them
