Error 28 when trying to use Scrapbook Max

I have just put Scrapbook Max on my computer. When I try to open it I get an error message:

Scrapbook Max encountered an arror (28) unzipping the following file: c:\Program Files\Scrapbook Max!\Templates\Blank Scrapbook.smt

Help??

Will it open a different scrapbook? One of the scrapbooks with template pages?

Did you remove the trial version? Sometimes you need to do this. You shouldn't lose what you made (I didn't) but, new programs don't always write over old programs very well.

quick fix way to do this and get your blank page back is

open any template you have stored in your files >

delete all pages after page 1 >

take all embies, papers etc off page 1 until you have a blank page (use page > settings > image > solid colour > choose white)

save as blank 1 (via file > save as... )

this will now give you a new blank template to work with

or you could just re-install the program

I get this error on any scrapbook template.

I did remove the trial version.

I did try reinstall.

I do not have any scrapbooks saved.

I do have more info though;
I loaded the program as an administrator and the program works there, but if I log back on as a user it gets the error. It is not a matter of security because the user has access. I don;t get it. Any further ideas.

Sounds like you have VISTA operating system..Is that correct??
